Wow, how is my baby TWO?
Here are a few of the funny things my boy says:
Owen gets hurt or starts crying tears and "clean up Owens eyes" I then have to wipe his tears away with my thumbs before anything else.
If his hands get sticky or he sees someone make a mess he says "clean up time!"
Tonight we taught him to play hide and seek!! He would stand in his doorway cover his eyes and count "2,3 Owen find mommy!"
He loves to help, but of course it is on his terms.
He is eating like 10 foods, he is so picky! These include: yogurt, cereal bars, squeeze pouches, chicken nuggets, peanut butter crackers, apples, bananas, peaches, strawberries, watermelon, Popsicles, various crackers like gold fish and oyster crackers, of course anything sweet like cake or cookies will always be tried and devoured!
Pretend play has started and it is adorable!! Today Mickey Mouse and his twin(we have 2) were introduced "hi, I Mickey!" Ughhhh. They were pressed together in a hug. Then one said to the other "my turn" and got into his car with the one and only Minnie Mouse and road off down the sofa pillow!!
He did GREAT at his 2 year dr apt!! Showed off his amazing speech skills and talked the doctors ears off! He was impressed and told me he didn't have to be biased!! Haha! He is still 25th in weight and moved up to 50th in height! He is wearing some 12m, mostly 18m and a few 24month clothes. The end of the appointment was one shot and he didnt cry! He was playing on my iPhone and after it was given to his thigh he looked at me and said "Owens leg hurts!" Broke my heart, but thankfully I told him it was all done and let's go bye bye! And he was ready to roll!
We are always on the hunt for water/ponds when we look out the windows when we drive around town. Bridges are a really big deal and are a great distraction when he is in melt down mood. He can recognize the 2 bridges on the way home and anticipates the second one and often tells me when we are "back on road". I have been working on him saying our street name and the other day he said it without me telling him to say it first!! I am a proud mama as my boy is so smart!! Tho we have to be careful as he is a little sponge!

IVF#2: 5 weeks and 2 days.
Today I don't feel pregnant. I had a weird moment where I just felt all alone driving in the car, like this is the moment where I am losing the baby(ies). I think this is just negative thoughts after all I have been through and i figure it is normal.
It is also one week till our ultrasound. So I am incredibly nervous because that is getting closer and each step is wonderful and terrifying and I am so scared something will happen and this pregnancy won't be successful.

IVF#2: 4 weeks 5 days
Feb 10th, 2013
4 days no spotting. And yesterday I took another pg test... Just to see the line get darker!!!! Wow! That felt good.
Starting on the left the first one was testing the trigger out, the next BFN was 10dpo, then 12dpo the faint positive in the morning and a darker positive at lunch. Then the last one was yesterday at 16dpo!!
I love that dark line, I love this baby already.

Wow, I ran out the door this morning with my paper in hand to get my beta drawn. I was the first there and the first one drawn about 8:15.
Headed home to sit and wait for a phone call from the REs office. At 12:30 I called and prompted them to call labcorp to get my results. At 1:40 I get a phone call, it was the nurse...this is it my world is about to change I am either going to be on cloud nine or crushed again. My palms were sweating. The nurse apologized she meant to call the labcorp instead accidentally called me first. We hung up. Well, now I know the phone call is coming.
Waiting, it's 2pm.
Waiting, it's 2:30pm.
Finally, at quarter till 3 the phone rings..this is it. The nurse was so nice and had to inform me that the code was put wrong into the labcorp wrong and she had been transferred all around and was on hold for 20 minutes at one point. I am sitting here thinking get on with it...tell me my number. She finally did. It was 119. She said they were happy with it and to keep taking all my meds. I was disappointed. I wanted 200s or at least 126 or higher as 126 was doubling. The sweet nurse told me to not be so picky and that I needed to get scheduled for an ultrasound in 2 weeks.
Basically, they were pleased and didn't need a 3rd beta. I have the 6 week ultrasound and then one at 7 weeks were if all is fine and we see a heartbeat we get released (graduate) to my OB of choice! Oh please, that sounds amazing!!!

IVF#2: 4weeks
Feb 5th, 2013; Tuesday
Today I am considered 4 weeks pregnant. The spotting seems to have slowed down and is only showing up in the evenings when I think I have done too much during the day. I have done my best to take it as easy as possible and thankfully it seems to be working. There is no way with a 23 month old and a birthday party to plan for that I can completely stop and sit.
Beta #2 is tomorrow and I am so incredibly nervous.

The nurse called early this morning and I headed out the door to have my beta drawn when I got the go ahead. There was some mixup with the fax machine at the local labcorp, but another phone call to the REs office and it was relaxed and by 9:30 my blood was drawn and now it was back to waiting.
With my son his beta was 35 and more than doubled to 300+.
My next pregnancy my beta was 21 and dropped to 6, it was dreamed a chemical pregnancy and 2 days later I started bleeding.
Finally at 3:35 I got the call my beta was 63!!!! If this dang bleeding would stop I would start to get excited!!!!!

This is not how I want things to start out. I am spotting red but I have gotten my first positive pregnancy test in TEN months. This is not fair, now a little flicker of hope has ignited in my heart. Actually, take a step back. The test was negative during the time limit. When I went back it dried positive....what am I to think??
At lunch I took another test, at first it was negative....but wait the 2 minutes are not up!! BFP BIG FAT POSITIVE....well not really the line is very faint. It's a little darker than this mornings though. But I am still spotting red and brown. Brown is ok, red is BAD. Beta isn't till Tuesday...I think I am going to see if I can get it moved up a day and left a message on the nurses line, but I won't here back till tomorrow. Ugh. This isn't fun.
